For more than 50 years WH Kemp has been a sector leader manufacturing Cable Harnesses, Control Panels and Electro-Mechanical Assemblies. From our Westbury factory, we supply products to innovative high-tech customers, including World-Class engineering giants.

As you progress, like all WH Kemp employees, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently, building complete electrical assemblies with minimum supervision.
Our team of employees work full-time Monday to Thursday, between 8.00 am and 4.45 pm. As for Fridays, we finish at 1.30 pm. We do not operate a shift work system.
We always pay above the minimum wage. We also aim to pay profit-based bonuses every 3 months.
