At WH Kemp, compliance is not simply about meeting standards, it is about doing business the right way. We maintain robust management systems that ensure we meet our legal, regulatory and customer obligations across quality, environmental management and health & safety.
Alongside our accredited management systems, we operate policies covering areas such as Modern Slavery, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS, Cyber Security and Data Protection. We regularly review our procedures, train our people and ensure compliance is maintained as regulations and expectations evolve.

At WH Kemp, we believe responsible manufacturing is about doing the right thing for our customers, our employees and the environment. That means continually reducing waste and improving environmental performance, and providing a safe workplace where people are respected, supported and able to take pride in their work. Fairness and respect aren’t just words in a policy, they’re the reason so many of our people choose to build their careers with us. Nine members of our team have been with WH Kemp for more than twenty years, contributing to over 450 years of combined experience on our factory floor.
