Engineers from a global military aircraft manufacturer were concerned about whether the Wiring Harnesses used in their on-board aircraft testing kits were being adequately maintained and replaced when necessary, at short notice. These harnesses need to be faultless, despite operating in challenging environments that can put them under significant strain. The engineers visited WH Kemp, liked what they saw, and chose to work with us.
WH Kemp developed a dedicated process to meet this requirement. We build the Wiring Harnesses and always hold two spare sets in stock. As needed, we collect and replace the customer’s Wiring Harnesses with those held in reserve, then service the returned harnesses, repairing or replacing them in part or in full as required. This means WH Kemp always holds two complete sets of faultless Wiring Harnesses, ready for dispatch at short notice.
