Roza Mitten

Works Manager

Roza joined WH Kemp in 2016 as an Assembly Operator and quickly progressed to producing some of the company’s most complex cable assemblies for demanding customer programmes.

After two years in Quality Control, she progressed through Cell Leader and Production Manager roles before becoming Works Manager. Today, Roza organises production across the factory, balancing workloads, resources and priorities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Roza holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Protection and plays a central role in the continuous training and development of WH Kemp’s production teams.
