Tim Parlour
Production Manager
Tim brings more than 40 years of engineering and manufacturing experience, beginning with a recognised British Aerospace apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce Technical College and qualifications in aeronautical engineering.
During ten years with British Aerospace, he worked on the VC10 and F-111 aircraft across assembly, inspection, quality assurance and final sign-off. Since joining WH Kemp in 2013, he has become one of the company’s most experienced production leaders.
Working alongside the Works Manager, Tim oversees day-to-day production for major customer programmes while mentoring colleagues and supporting production planning.
