John Wyatt

Managing Director & Owner

John has led WH Kemp since 2012, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, operations and business leadership. His career has included senior and managing director roles responsible for factories, supply chains and customer operations across the UK and internationally.

At WH Kemp, John has focused on building a business where good people can develop, customers receive exceptional service and doing the job properly is simply expected. He continues to work closely with customers on major projects while guiding the company’s long-term development.

John holds a BSc in Social Science and an MBA from Ashridge, where he received the KPMG Award for Excellence.

Martin McGiff

Director of Operations

Martin brings more than 35 years of manufacturing and operational leadership across aerospace, automotive, defence and industrial engineering, including programmes supplying Rolls-Royce and major automotive manufacturers.
