Julie joined WH Kemp five years ago, bringing 20 years of customer service experience. Her role has since expanded across customer service, HR administration and accounts payable, giving her a rounded understanding of how the business operates.

Julie works closely with production to ensure customers know where their orders stand, communicating clearly and promptly at every stage. Her conscientious approach, attention to detail and follow-through are frequently praised by customers.
